We use the same diagnostic equipment as authorised Mercedes-Benz dealers — giving us full access to every control system on your truck. We read and interpret fault codes across all modules, perform live data analysis, run guided fault-finding procedures, and carry out actuation tests to isolate the exact source of a fault before any parts are touched.

ECU / ECM Repairs
Board-level repairs — not just replacements
A failed ECU or ECM does not always need to be replaced. Our technicians perform board-level repairs on Mercedes-Benz truck control modules — restoring units to factory specification at a fraction of the cost of a new OEM module. Where repair is not viable, we rebuild or replace with a correctly coded unit.

ECU Cloning & Programming
Clone, code, and program — any control unit
ECU cloning duplicates a failed control unit exactly — preserving all vehicle-specific coding, immobiliser data, and calibration parameters. The cloned unit fits and functions immediately, with no dealer coding required. We clone and program ECUs, TCUs, instrument clusters, and all other control modules across the full Mercedes-Benz truck range.

We source and supply ECUs for all Mercedes-Benz truck models — new OEM units, quality remanufactured units, and cloned units ready to fit. Every supplied unit is tested before delivery and, where required, pre-programmed to your vehicle specification so it is ready to install on arrival.
